About the researcher

Ellie achieved a first- class Honours degree in the area of improving the Surgical Ward round by improving the non-technical skills of health professionals. She has continued to work on, and publish about, quality improvement in the ward round as a research scientist and PhD candidate for the past year and endeavours to change current ward round practice to improve patient care and hospital flow.
