In addition the network produces an annual ‘Snapshot’ each financial year which provides a highlight of its activities.

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) develops, collects, analyses and reports information on a broad range of health and welfare issues in Australia.

This information includes data on activity (admissions), access (waiting times) and safety and quality indicators (including healthcare-associated infections).

The Department for Health and Wellbeing dashboards

The Department for Health and Wellbeing reports through a series of dashboards the status of all South Australian public hospital emergency departments, inpatient activity and elective surgery waiting lists.
