The Consumer Strategy highlights CALHN’s commitment to partnering with consumers.

CALHN’s Consumer Strategy aims to articulate who CALHN consumers are, what they value and what they expect when interacting with services.

Consumers were actively engaged in the development of the strategy and the priorities are based upon what consumers of our services value.

The strategy builds upon CALHN’s strategic ambitions and sets clear direction in relation to consumer and community engagement. We aim to achieve the priorities within the strategy by:

  • Partnering with consumers at the individual, program and organisational levels
  • Providing outstanding consumer experiences at every touchpoint
  • Connecting with the communities we serve

Partnering with consumers in CALHN is important so that consumers who access our services can contribute to shaping the future direction of CALHN, and we continue to work together in partnership with our community to deliver safe and quality health care services.

Overview

Central Adelaide LHN acknowledges the Kaurna people as the traditional owners of the lands on which its sites are located. We respect their spiritual relationship with their country and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to living Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people today.
