Consumers were actively engaged in the development of the strategy and the priorities are based upon what consumers of our services value.
The strategy builds upon CALHN’s strategic ambitions and sets clear direction in relation to consumer and community engagement. We aim to achieve the priorities within the strategy by:
- Partnering with consumers at the individual, program and organisational levels
- Providing outstanding consumer experiences at every touchpoint
- Connecting with the communities we serve
Partnering with consumers in CALHN is important so that consumers who access our services can contribute to shaping the future direction of CALHN, and we continue to work together in partnership with our community to deliver safe and quality health care services.
