Our journey to world-class care and research
CALHN’s Clinical Strategy has been developed to guide CALHN to deliver care that is responsive to population health needs, optimises our built infrastructure, and supports the growth and wellbeing of our people.
This five-year framework has been produced in conjunction with our Research Strategy, and will guide the development of CALHN’s clinical services towards world-class care.
The Clinical Strategy has been founded upon our learnings from the pandemic, and has had input from our medical, nursing and allied health staff.
