New video showcases building’s role in pandemic response

Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) consortium manager Celsus has released a video showcasing the role the building design played in the COVID-19 response.

The RAH is the designated COVID-19 site for the State.

The building has numerous features that help with a pandemic response including single rooms, air-conditioning that can be set to pandemic mode to isolate areas, robots to deliver food and amenities and space to create a separate clinic with external access.

The video has been shared with investors and partners around the world and been described as a standout facility from a design and operational perspective.
